Paul Davis Restoration of Charlotte

We had issues with leakage from our shower. Paul Davis was assigned through insurance. They assisted us fairly well in the demolition/restoration process. They were a bit difficult to get ahold of but were helpful in talking through the best ways to address the problem and minimize costs to us, and did an adequate job on the demo. They assured me they would help with the shower install/replacement as well, however as soon as I signed a "work complete" form for the demo, I never heard back from them. They would not return my calls. Finally 6 months later (after living with a hole in our bathroom and having to find another contractor to fix it), I get an invoice (the first one I had received from them) and a text saying "you owe us money or we will call our attorneys for insurance fraud". They may do adequate work, and hopefully others had better experiences, be we won't be using Paul Davis again.

Highly recommend!! The CLT team is superb! We hired them to refurbish our laundry room. They handled coverage and pricing conversations with our insurance company, helped us make selections and ordering flooring and paint, and even went above and beyond to make sure all previous water damage was repaired before doing full restoration. They were transparent with quotes and pricing and were so responsive and supportive throughout the whole process. They clearly take pride in their work, the end result looks better than when the home was built. They ensured not just customer satisfaction, but sincerely exceeding expectations. So glad we went with this company, it made this whole process stress-free!

Scott, Diana and the team have been great to work with this summer. After water damaged my home from a pipe freezing over the winter, the Paul Davis team has been a trusted advisor throughout the process of repairs. My home looks better than it did before! Scott is responsive and has the best intentions for his customers. I would recommend Paul Davis to anyone looking for restoration and construction work done in the Charlotte area! Would give a 6th star if I could!

Our entire condo building was flooded Christmas Eve and I have been working with Paul Davis, specifically Chad for that last several months and they have been great! Chad is extremely responsive and has gone above and beyond to get my unit back to better shape than it was! It has been a difficult and complicated project and I have been very pleased with the work that has been done and if something wasn't how I wanted it they were quick to fix/rework. I would highly recommend Paul Davis and especially Chad!

I contacted Paul Davis to mitigate tobacco smoke odor and residue in a home. They were a pleasure to work with from start to finish. They set up equipment promptly, checked and evaluated, and adapted the treatment plan when needed. Josh Martin was my mitigation manager, and he was extremely customer-focused and attentive. The final cost was very fair and the smoke issues are fully resolved. While I hope that I do not need mitigation work done anytime soon, I would not hesitate to use Paul Davis again.
